Shipping
- Canada Post has suspended services to some countries, for a full list of those effected click here
- Please expect delays and extended shipping times due to the lasting effects of COVID-19
- Orders are shipped internationally from Toronto, Canada
- Orders will be shipped out within 7 days unless a preorder item is included. In that case, the order will be shipped once the preorder item is ready
- All orders come with tracking
- Once an order has been dropped off to the post office, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier
- Please ensure your address has been input correctly. I am not responsible for missed/ delayed packages due to incorrect shipping addresses. Feel free to contact me to edit your address before your order ships

- USA: Approx. 3-7 business days
- UK/Europe, Australia, Asia: Approx. 4-21 business days
- International: 4-21 business days OR up to 2-3 months*
* International shipping can take up to 2-3 months depending on how far the destination country is.
EU/UK Orders
All orders from customers from the UK and EU may be subject to Value-added Tax/VAT upon the arrival of their shipment.
Returns
